In order to attend practice you must have a current USA Wrestling Card. All cards must be purchased online at www.themat.com/membership. You should print your competitor membership card and bring it to practice with you. It is very important that when you register you select the following: For Association you must select "Southern California" and for Club name type in "Freebirds Wrestling Club". If you start the process you will get a number; write it down and don't forget it. This is your membership ID#.

The cost to join the club is $100. The membership includes a club T-shirt and shorts (while supplies last), all practice sessions throughout the spring including the grappling classes, and registration for the first weight class/style to each of the local wrestling tournaments. Benefits of Membership: You can practice at either facility during the appropriate age groups including grappling, instruction from nationally certified coaching staff, coaches include All-American level wrestlers and two-way national Champion Jason French, membership in the club this year includes a discount at the Freebirds Summer Camp.
